If you spend over £200 inc VAT (a subtotal of £166.67) you will get a free delivery. If you spend under £200 inc VAT (a subtotal of £166.67) there is a charge for delivery.

Standard UK Delivery (Majority of postcodes): £25 exc VAT
Postcodes PA, FK, G, KA, DG, ML, KY, EH, TD, LL, SY, LD, SA, EX, PL, TQ, TR : £50 exc VAT
Postcodes KW, IV, PH, AB, DD : £199 exc VAT

There are lesser delivery charges for orders consisting of:

ONLY BORDERS £10 exc VAT
OR
ONLY GLASS AND STONE MOSAICS £10 exc VAT
OR
ONLY TRIMS £10 exc VAT

Please note that combinations of any of these last 3 product classes will fall into Standard UK Delivery.
For £10 exc VAT, your order needs to consist of only one of these product types.

Delivery charges are non-refundable unless returning damaged or faulty products. Our normal delivery time after despatch is 2-3 working days and goods are despached the next working day after receiving your order. We will advise you of the delivery day for your goods. Deliveries will arrive on a pallet and will be packed and wrapped safely to the highest standard.

BATCH DIFFERENCE

Batch difference in tiles is by far the most important factor involved in tiling. This is why we take the utmost care in providing our customers with a single batch of tiles. In 8 years of trading in this sector we have never given mixed batches to any of our customers as this can cause a lot of problems for the customer as well as us. So when purchasing through our website you can be sure that all your tiles will be sent to you in one batch and not a mixture of two or three.
